Mark leads the team for new customer recruitment, corporate business development and strategic partnering initiatives. Mark has over 24 years of entrepreneurial business experience by being the Founder and CEO of Access West (Telecom Interconnect), Voice Systems Research (Call Processing and Voice Messaging developer), Ascendance (Wireless Internet manufacturer) and GuestLine USA (Interactive Visitor Guides provider). Some of these companies have been acquired by larger businesses, while others are still active and involved in their current activities. Troy Fulton - Chief Technical Officer With over 20 years of custom software development, Troy brings his experience working with a notable lineup of small to large businesses to the Concept Portal team. Some of his experience is derived from consulting for companies such as Visa/Vital, United Way, Wells Fargo, Carnival Cruise Lines, Hertz Rental Car, 800-Flowers.com, Home Depot, AmeriGas, Homeland Security, IBM and Microsoft. Rachelle Fulton - Administrative Services Rachelle’s 14 years of administrative, customer service and management experience brings clear direction and organization to the Concept Portal team. She brings a detail oriented mindset to the day to day operations of Concept Portal. Nathan Reedy - Director Of Creative Design Nathan is one of those rare types who is an entrepreneur at heart. Starting his very own lawncare service at the age of 14 he has always had a passion for the details that make a business great. Nathan finally found his career love when a friend introduced him to the web and all of the powerful design software needed to create these virtual businesses and media on the net. He was immediately hooked and fell in love with the possibilities the web provided. Realizing that he could both create a business for himself but also pass along his "School of Hard Knocks" experiences with building his own businesses to his clients, Nathan has been building websites and creating media material for his clients and their budding online businesses ever since. Robert Boorman - Sr. Systems Engineer Robert has 14 years experience in Information Technology. He started his career with Washington State Department of Health as an Information Technology Systems Specialist 1 (ITSS 1) and left his government position as an ITSS 5 working with the Bioterrorism Preparedness Program, he was 6 years vested. Robert specializes in systems integration and network security following the Microsoft Operations and Readiness Framework as well as the Microsoft Systems Architecture. He assisted in developing the Microsoft Systems Architecture 2.0 whitepapers with other Microsoft Gold Partners. During the tragedy of 9/11, he worked with a majority of vendors and consultants to implement the Washington, Arizona, and Los Angeles Health Alert Networks . Robert has remotely managed over 250 Servers throughout the United States for emergency preparedness and urgent response. He is dedicated to succeed.
